- Communication and Navigation Equipment such as VHF radios, GPS receivers and depth sounders
- Tools, test equipment, storage equipment and consumables for our maintenance workshop
- Crew training materials and training courses – to develop each lifeboat crew to full potential
- Running costs of boats and vehicles and HQ services; i.e. fuel, insurance, licences
- Upgrades of existing equipment to latest standards as and when required
- Personal safety clothing and equipment for each lifeboat crew
